De Justin Chancellor Cry Baby Wah is een multitool van sonisch vakmanschap, die drie afzonderlijke effecten combineert in één pedaal: de vloeiende expressiviteit van een aangepaste midrange-filter, de heldere agressie van een custom wah-circuit en de grind van een vintage fuzz. De U.K. Filter-modus maakt gebruik van een op maat gemaakt solid-state circuit dat is ontworpen om de unieke 'envelope-like' filtering van de toonregeling op Justins eigen instrument na te bootsen; dik en throaty met zeer uitgesproken pieken. Als je de voorkeur geeft aan een meer traditioneel wah-geluid, maakt de Wah-modus gebruik van de klassieke rode Fasel-inductor en de circuits van een gemodificeerde Cry Baby Wah voor een agressiever geluid en briljant weelderige boventonen.
Dit pedaal bevat ook Justin's go-to fuzz, gebaseerd op een apparaat van vintage Britse oorsprong. Hij snijdt door de mix met een strakkere focus dan de meeste fuzzes in zijn soort, terwijl het een groot deel van het daverende gewicht van een bassignaal behoudt.

The U.K. Filter mode uses a custom solid-state circuit designed to emulate the unique envelope-like filtering of the tone control on Justin's own instrument—thick and throaty with very pronounced peaks. If you prefer a more traditional wah sound, the Wah mode employs the classic red Fasel Inductor and the circuitry of a modified Cry Baby Wah for a more aggressive sound and brilliantly lush harmonics.
