Dion Model No.4 Mahogany
Dion Guitars is een eenmansbedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in handgemaakte akoestische gitaren. Oprichter Dion James bouwt zijn gitaren momenteel vanuit The Club House in Edmonton, Canada.
De gitaren van Dion staan ​​bekend om hun opvallende minimalisme. Zonder veel bling of veel versieringen heeft Dion een uniek ontwerp bereikt met een elegante eenvoud. Waarmee deze No.4 wel opvalt is de bekleding binnenin de klankkast! Hij maakt gebruik van een paar ongebruikelijke ontwerp-elementen zoals het bracing patroon, de langere kop en de kam die 'in' de toets wordt geplaatst in plaats van tegen het uiteinde.
De Model 4 is het grotere model van Dion en dit exemplaar heeft een volledige mahonie constructie. Naast de mahonie body en hals, wordt er voor de toets, brug en de fineer op de kop Indisch palissander gebruikt. Hij is snel en responsief, of hij nu zacht of luid wordt bespeeld, en hij heeft een heldere en volle stem, een complex geluidsbereik en levendige sustain. De soundport zorgt ervoor dat het geluid goed naar de speler wordt geprojecteerd zodat je elke nuance van je spel kunt horen.
Voor veilig transport wordt de Model 4 geleverd in een stevige Main Stage koffer met TFOA paspoort.

For safe transportation, the Model 4 comes in a sturdy Main Stage hardshell case with TFOA passport.
