De Duesenberg D6 Baritone is een solidbody, dual pickup, 24 fret elektrische gitaar, met een 'contoured' elzenhouten body, bolt-on hals en een lange mensuur van 710 mm. Omdat hij is gebaseerd op Duesenberg's Starplayer Special-model, zijn de basisconstructie en kenmerken hetzelfde.
De GrandVintage pickup, in combinatie met de iets hogere output CrunchBucker, levert een indringend en krachtig rockgeluid, terwijl de multi-tone potentiometer de mogelijkheden verder uitbreidt met verschillende extra singlecoil-achtige geluidsopties.
Riffs en licks gespeeld op een baritongitaar hebben een charme als geen ander. Of het nu gaat om twangy fills in een countrynummer of machtige bariton-riffs die door heavy rock en metal anthems duwen, het geluid dat oprijst uit de diepten van een bariton is gewoon onvergelijkbaar.
