Eastman Juliet Pomona Blonde
Juliet is een evolutie van Romeo's ergonomische lijnen en sierlijke rondingen, gevormd voor maximaal comfort. Haar opvallende kenmerken zijn onder meer een offset body met een verhoogde middenbalk en een ingebouwde slagplaat, waardoor ze opvalt in de rig van elke speler en op elk podium.
Juliet heeft de 'beauty and the brains'! Gekleed in een Pomona Blonde finish, rockt deze solid body een 1-delige okoumé body met twee Bare Knuckle humbucker pickups! Beide pickups hebben een eigen volumeregeling, en in combinatie met een toonregeling en 3-standenschakelaar zijn er genoeg mogelijkheden om haar te laten zingen!
De cutaway en 25.5 inch mensuur zorgen ervoor dat je gemakkelijk alle 22 frets kunt bereiken terwijl de bespeelbaarheid ook extreem soepel en comfortabel is dankzij de C-vormige okoumé hals.
Deze finish verdient een eigen verhaal. Het begon met onze eigen Marc van Veldhuisen die Eastman vroeg of het mogelijk zou zijn om een gitaar te maken met een 'Desert Sand' finish. Eastman dacht een tijdje na over dit idee, maar besloot uiteindelijk om het te gebruiken voor hun nieuwe (en eerste) solid-body line-up. Omdat 'Desert Sand' al in gebruik is en 'Fieldhouse Blonde' net niet lekker over de tong rolt, hebben ze het uiteindelijk vernoemd naar hun LA HQ in Pomona.
