The Abbey Grand Parlor is the most compact size that Kevin Ryan Guitars offers, but is nevertheless equipped with all the innovations that characterize Ryan's guitars. The guitar has a long scale, and delivers more volume and presence than traditional small-body guitars. Its projection and consistent, clear articulation make it a versatile instrument for home or performance.
This Kevin Ryan has a back and sides made of Indian rosewood that is linked to a fine-grained Western Red cedar top. The mahogany Low Profile neck is slim and extremely stable, and the guitar is very precisely intoned by the CNC-milled bridge saddle. Clarity and volume are paramount, and this makes the Abbey very suitable for lower tunings.
The Acoustic Flutes provide great projection and the EO bracing with Honeycomb gives the guitar great response, dynamics and projection. Everything has been thought of, from comfort to a majestic sound and stunning appearance.
