Het onderhoudt automatisch het optimale relatieve vochtigheidsniveau van 45-50% de koffer of tas waardoor giswerk en potentiële rommel ten gevolge van het bijvullen van een luchtbevochtiger worden voorkomen. In tegenstelling tot navulbare luchtbevochtigers, biedt dit systeem echte "two-way" gezuiverde luchtvochtigheidsregeling door het toevoegen en verwijderen van vocht wanneer het nodig is.
