Swart Atomic Junior Combo
De nieuwe ST-Atomic Jr begint met het hart van Swart's immer populaire ST-6V6se met de toevoeging van een jaar in de maak, 'triode reverb stage' met behulp van een speciale 12DW7 die in een handige springtank wordt gevoerd voor een verrassend grote reverb, vooral voor een kast van dit formaat.
De klankvariaties en reverb in deze kleine versterker moet je horen om het te geloven. De meeste versterkers van dit formaat die reverb en volle tonen willen bereiken, zijn meestal teleurstellend. Dat is niet het geval met de klasse A ST-Atomic Jr. Het circuit blijft verbazingwekkend eenvoudig, inclusief deze reverb, en beschikt over volume, klank en Swarts gepatenteerde "Space"-reverb.
Er is ook een schakelbare gain-optie in plaats van de 6V6se-feedbackschakelaar. In circuit heeft de versterker meer cleans en wat meer gecontroleerde toon. Draai het uit het circuit en je hebt iets minder compressie en een meer rauwe take.
