McNally Foundation Series OM12 Mahogany Spruce 2022

De gitaren van McNally zijn het resultaat van 13 jaar ontwikkeling met als doel de Ierse en Amerikaanse gitaarbouwstijlen waarin Ciaran McNally is opgeleid te combineren. De Foundation Series is een collectie van zorgvuldig vervaardigde gitaren die zowel Amerikaanse als Keltische invloeden combineren. De gitaren zijn gemaakt met aandacht voor detail en bieden een unieke toon die zowel warmte als helderheid heeft.

De OM is een van de meest veelzijdige modellen die vrijwel alle speelstijlen en genres aankan. Dit orchestra model maakt gebruik van massief mahonie voor de achterkant en zijkanten in combinatie met een massief Sitka sparren bovenblad, waardoor het instrument een responsief, helder en rijk tonaal karakter krijgt, perfect geschikt voor fingerstyle, drop-stemmingen en singer-songwriters. Een beproefde combinatie die zich al lang bewezen heeft!

Het bovenblad wordt ondersteund door een non-scalloped X-bracing, terwijl McNally voor de decoratie heeft gekozen voor bindingen van palissander en zorgvuldig geselecteerde houtsoorten voor de purflings en de rozet. De gitaar heeft hierdoor een ingetogen en natuurlijke uitstraling, waardoor de nadruk van het instrument volledig op het prachtige geluid ligt. 

Deze McNally OM12 uit 2022 heeft slechts minimale speelsporen, en is nauwelijks van een nieuwe gitaar te onderscheiden. De gitaar wordt met echtheidscertificaat en TFOA paspoort geleverd in een koffer van Hiscox.

The Foundation Series is a collection of carefully crafted guitars that combine both American and Celtic influences. Crafted with attention to detail, the guitars offer a unique tone that has both warmth and clarity.


The OM is one of the most versatile models that can handle almost all playing styles and genres. This Orchestra model uses solid mahogany for the back and sides combined with a solid Sitka spruce top, giving the instrument a responsive, bright and rich tonal character, perfectly suited for fingerstyle, drop tunings and singer-songwriters. A tried and tested combination that has long proven itself!


The top is supported by a non-scalloped X-bracing, while McNally has chosen rosewood bindings and carefully selected woods for the purflings and rosette for decoration. This gives the guitar an understated and natural look, allowing the instrument's focus to be entirely on its beautiful sound. 


This 2022 McNally OM12 has only minimal playing marks, and is barely distinguishable from a new guitar. The guitar comes with certificate of authenticity and TFOA passport in a hardshell case by Hiscox.

Die Foundation Series ist eine Kollektion von sorgfältig gefertigten Gitarren, die sowohl amerikanische als auch keltische Einflüsse vereinen. Die mit viel Liebe zum Detail gefertigten Gitarren bieten einen einzigartigen Klang, der sowohl warm als auch klar ist.


Die OM ist eines der vielseitigsten Modelle, das sich für fast alle Spielweisen und Genres eignet. Bei diesem Orchestra-Modell werden massives Mahagoni für Boden und Zargen mit einer massiven Sitka-Fichtendecke kombiniert, was dem Instrument einen reaktionsschnellen, hellen und reichen Klangcharakter verleiht, der sich perfekt für Fingerstyle, Drop Tunings und Singer-Songwriter eignet. Eine bewährte Kombination, die sich schon lange bewährt hat!


Die Decke wird von einem nicht gescallopten X-Bracing gestützt, während McNally Palisandereinlagen und sorgfältig ausgewählte Hölzer für die Randeinlagen und die Rosette zur Verzierung gewählt hat. Dies verleiht der Gitarre ein dezentes und natürliches Aussehen, so dass der Fokus des Instruments ganz auf seinem schönen Klang liegt. 


Diese 2022 McNally OM12 hat nur minimale Spielspuren und ist kaum von einer neuen Gitarre zu unterscheiden. Die Gitarre wird mit Echtheitszertifikat und TFOA-Pass in einem Hartschalenkoffer von Hiscox geliefert.
