A guitar is a big, special purchase for many people. And making a purchase online, without having seen the product ‘in real life’, can feel quite exciting and risky. At TFOA, we like to take those worries away! We have years of experience selling guitars online and shipping them all over the world. First of all, we offer personal service so that you get the most accurate impression of the guitar possible. In addition, we put a lot of attention and care into shipping. Thanks to our Gold Standard, every instrument is delivered to you ready to play.

Our Webshop

In our webshop you will find all our products. A large part of our range, such as all used products, receive their own photos. This is mentioned in the specification list. So you can see exactly what you are buying! We also often make demos of guitars, which can be found on our demo YouTube channel .

In our descriptions, you will not only find information about and specifications of the product, but also a state description. We inspect the guitar and list all important aspects such as originality, repairs, and signs of play and use. With this, we give each product a state description, from ‘New’ to ‘Sold As Is’.

Our Online Service

Our customer service crosses borders! We do everything we can to make sure you can make a good choice, even when you make a purchase online. For example, read these tips on what to look out for when buying online. Our photos and descriptions go a long way, but we go one step further!

Our team of expert Fellows is available daily via chat, email, and phone. We answer all your questions and are happy to provide advice. Upon request, we will take additional photos, such as close-ups of repairs, playing tracks or parts. Do you have a specific guitar in mind and are you curious to know what it sounds like? Then of course we will make a demo for you! It is also possible to schedule a video consultation in which we show and hear the guitar.

Shipping & Delivery Time

We are proud to ship guitars to guitarists all over the world. Therefore, we take great care and attention to packaging and shipping.

Guitars are shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Before shipment, each instrument passes through our workshop for a setup by one of our luthiers. So your new instrument is guaranteed to arrive ready to play. This is our Gold Standard!

Shipped parcels receive a Track & Trace code, which allows you to track the status of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location. We use a flat rate system for all our shipments so you always know what you are paying for a shipment.

Ordering Outside Europe

Do you live outside Europe and want to buy a guitar from us? You can! We ship all over the world. Please note that in many countries outside the EU further customs and handling fees may be added.

Import duties

For countries outside the EU, such as the US, UK, and Switzerland, Import duties are charged. These charges are not included with us and will be invoiced to you by the carrier. The amount of these charges depends on your location, please visit the relevant websites of your country and/or (sub)state to find out.

Return Policy

We know better than anyone that the very best way to discover a guitar is to hold and play it yourself. It may happen that an instrument feels different in real life than you want it to. That is why we offer a 30-day exchange guarantee on our products.

You will receive a full refund after we receive the product in good condition. Please note: return costs will be charged.

Payment Options

Making A Down Payment

A down payment counts as a reservation of the respective product and constitutes confirmation of the customer's serious purchase intention.

A deposit once paid is in principle non-refundable, unless there is a demonstrable error or shortcoming on the part of The Fellowship of Acoustics, such as an incorrectly delivered product or a defect on delivery.

The deposit paid remains available as a credit to the customer, with no expiry date, and can be used at any time for a future purchase from The Fellowship of Acoustics.

If the customer does not use the down payment within 48 months, The Fellowship of Acoustics reserves the right to actively approach the customer about further use of the credit.
