This ES335 is another masterpiece from Gibson, and is a replica of one of B.B. King's most iconic guitars. Only 100 of these very special guitars have been handcrafted by the experienced builders and craftsmen at the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville, Tennessee. This ES335 is number 61 in this very limited series.

These words introduce what many music lovers consider one of the best live albums ever recorded. The Gibson Custom Shop is proud to honor this iconic album and the legendary artist behind it with the B.B. King "Live at the Regal" ES335.

This guitar is a replica of the unique ES335 from 1959 that B.B. used at the time, a custom order featuring an Argentine Grey sunburst finish, a Bigsby vibrato, and a Varitone switch. Furthermore, the guitar features Grover "Milk Bottle" Rotomatic tuners, mother-of-pearl dots covering the stop bar holes, and nitrocellulose dots on the rosewood fingerboard. The hardware and the nitrocellulose lacquer finish have been expertly aged by the Murphy Lab.

The guitar was built in 2022 and is still in near mint condition, with only minimal signs of wear on the pickguard. A unique opportunity for the collector of very rare guitars!
