The Gold-Foil is paired with a traditionally wound Singlecoil pickup in the middle position and a newly developed custom Split/King Duo-Coil design pickup at the bridge. This Duo-Coil pickup is capable of producing both true Singlecoil and Humbucker tones, with adjustments made specifically to provide increased output and bite, tailored to Joey’s needs.
