The Kauffmann Series is a relatively new line from Eastman, developed in collaboration with Dutch builder and finisher Albert Kauffmann. Renowned for his ageing techniques, Kauffmann gives each guitar in the series a unique, well-played appearance and a feel that suggests years of use. The series builds upon the earlier D'Ambrosio models and incorporates the FullerTone neck system: a two-point bolt-on neck joint designed to maximize contact between the neck and body, contributing to the instrument's sustain and stability.

The body of this Offset is crafted from roasted Oregon pine, a lightweight wood that provides lively resonance and comfortable handling during long playing sessions. The roasted maple neck adds extra snap and clarity, while its comfortable C-shaped profile feels instantly familiar in the hand.
