The Fender Select Stratocaster HSS adds extra power and versatility to the classic Stratocaster concept thanks to the humbucker in the bridge position. The body features a stunning flamed maple top with an Antique Burst high-gloss finish, while the birdseye maple neck with a modern C-profile fits comfortably in the hand and, thanks to its contour, offers effortless access to the highest positions. The rosewood fingerboard has a compound radius of 9.5 to 14 inches, features 22 medium jumbo frets, and is finished with stylish white pearloid position markers.

In terms of sound, the Select Stratocaster HSS offers a particularly wide range. The single coils in the neck and middle positions deliver the sparkling, clear Stratocaster sound, while the humbucker in the bridge position provides extra output, a more powerful midrange, and a full lead tone.

This 2012 Stratocaster is in excellent condition. There are light signs of wear on the top and pickguard, and there are two somewhat larger dings on the back of the body. Otherwise, the guitar looks very neat and comes in a Fender Tweed case.
