Gibson 1942 Southern Jumbo Historic 2024

The Custom Shop Historic Reissue 1942 Banner Southern Jumbo captures the atmosphere of a vintage Gibson external guitar. The thermally aged red Adirondack spruce top and rosewood sides and back offer excellent tonal response and superior playability.

At home playing chords from the first position to picking lead blues licks, the Southern Jumbo is a versatile instrument. This custom instrument proudly displays the "Only a Gibson is Good Enough" banner on the headstock, and also features an open lock bridge, a bone saddle and nut, and the classic 45mm - 1.77" nut width.

This 2024 guitar is a rare one. The back of the Headstock doesn't show a serial number. It has 'DEMO' stamped in it. The guitar is in great condition. The body shows some minor playwear. Most notable is the fretwear on the 8th fret.

Comes in a hardshell case with a TFOA Passport.
