Ibanez JSM10 Sunburst 2023

Designed in collaboration with renowned jazz guitarist John Scofield, the Ibanez JSM10 captures the essence of his signature tone and playing style in a refined and highly versatile semi hollow guitar. Combining classic looks with modern reliability, it feels equally at home on stage, in the studio or at home.

The maple semi hollow body with its center block delivers a balanced voice with excellent sustain and feedback resistance, making it suitable for everything from warm jazz tones to blues, fusion and classic rock. The comfortable three piece nyatoh and maple neck is paired with an ebony fretboard, offering a smooth playing experience with plenty of articulation and clarity.

A pair of Super 58 humbuckers faithfully deliver the warm, open character these pickups have become known for, while still retaining enough definition for complex chords and expressive lead playing. Combined with the Gibraltar Artist bridge and Quik Change tailpiece, the JSM10 offers excellent tuning stability and dependable performance.

This 2023 example remains in very good condition and shows honest signs of use, including a scratch on the lower horn of the top, a few small dings on the back and light scratches on the pickguard. It is otherwise a well cared for instrument that is ready for many more years of playing.
