Kevin Ryan 20th Anniversary Paradiso Grand Concert Kingfisher 2021

This magnificent Kevin Ryan Paradiso is a perfect example of superb craftsmanship, vision, and perfection. The striking precision with which Kevin Ryan works is immediately apparent upon picking up this Grand Concert.

In collaboration with Ryan and inlay artist Larry Robinson, we commissioned this Paradiso to celebrate our 20th anniversary in 2021. The icing on the cake is the intricate and delicate Kingfisher inlay, depicting the kingfishers flying around the pond and through the park behind the TFOA building.

The breathtakingly beautiful Quilted Mahogany forms the back and sides of the body, which is topped with a magnificent spruce top. This combination provides excellent balance, superior tonal separation, impressive clarity, and dynamics. These woods were personally selected by Coen during a visit to Ryan's workshop!

Naturally, this guitar also features Ryan's signature construction methods, such as laser-cut bracing, a honeycomb bridge plate, and a micro-adjustable truss rod system. Blue paua inlays on the headstock, rosette, bridge, and around the body complete the spectacular look! The guitar has accumulated light playwear, and the center seam of the top has opened. Cleats have been added to the inside of the body to stabilize this, but the seam is still clearly noticeable.

The guitar travels in a Calton hardshell case with a TFOA passport.
