This Martin 000-13E Retro is built entirely from solid tonewoods, featuring a solid spruce top paired with a solid walnut body. This wood combination delivers a warm, balanced tone, while the built-in pickup makes it just as suitable for amplified performances on stage as it is for relaxed acoustic playing at home.

The 000 body shape has been one of Martin's most popular models for well over a century, and for good reason. Its body is more compact than a dreadnought, making it exceptionally comfortable to hold and play, while still producing a surprisingly full and well-balanced sound.

With the Road Series, Martin combines this classic recipe with all-solid tonewoods, built at their factory in Mexico. This gives you the renowned Martin craftsmanship and premium materials at a more accessible price point. The black walnut back and sides are a distinctive choice, offering a tonal character that sits comfortably between the warmth of mahogany and the sparkling clarity of rosewood.
