Martin 018 Mahogany Spruce 2019

The pre-war inspired Martin 018 Reimagined is a highly regarded model in Martin's Standard Series. This guitar combines an almost parlor body shape crafted from mahogany for the back and sides and a Sitka spruce top with a 14-fret neck.

This guitar is a revised version of the original Standard Series 018 and features both vintage and modern characteristics such as scalloped bracing, a modified low oval neck shape, ebony fingerboard and bridge, and 'open geared' tuning machines. The 018 combines the expression of a large guitar with the dynamics of a smaller body, and thanks to the 632 mm (24.9") scale length and 44.5 mm wide nut, this 14-fretter plays and sounds great.

This 2019 018 shows hardly any signs of use. There are some tiny scratches on the binding on the back of the body, and a few small dings can be found on the side of the body on the bass side of the upper bout. Otherwise, the guitar is barely distinguishable from a new one and comes with a TFOA passport in a TKL hardshell case.
