For the first time in over a century, Martin presents a unique Double Neck: the Martin Grand J-28E DN. As part of the beloved Standard Series, this all-new guitar combines Martin’s renowned craftsmanship with modern innovation. The instrument features both a 12-string and a 6-string neck, putting a wide range of sounds, tunings, and musical textures at your fingertips.

The high-gloss Grand Jumbo body delivers a powerful, resonant sound with plenty of volume and projection. The combination of solid East Indian rosewood for the sides and back with a solid spruce top ensures balance, clarity, and a wide dynamic range. The development of this double neck guitar took years and was made possible by advanced manufacturing techniques at the factory in Nazareth. Thanks to two compound dovetail neck joints and a specially designed X-bracing construction, the Grand J-28E DN is now available to the public.

Both necks feature a comfortable satin finish and an ebony fingerboard, with the 6-string neck having a slightly slimmer nut profile for extra playing comfort. Additionally, the guitar is equipped with specially tuned Fishman electronics, making it ready for immediate use on stage and in the studio. With its classic 28-style details and enormous tonal versatility, this is an instrument for players looking for something truly special.

This 2025 Martin has a small scratch on the top, along with a scratch on the treble side of the body. Otherwise, the guitar is indistinguishable from a new one and comes with a TFOA passport in a TKL hardshell case.
