Taylor 512ce 12 Fret Next Generation

Completely revamped for 2026: the Taylor 512ce 12-Fret Next Generation!

This Next Generation Taylor 512ce 12-Fret features updated scalloped V-Class bracing—Taylor’s sonic innovation that delivers an even freer, more musical response. By controlling the vibration of the soundboard, this bracing provides increased sustain, greater volume, and improved harmonic coherence, while also enhancing intonation across the entire neck.

Combined with a solid Western Red cedar top and solid Neo-Tropical mahogany back and sides, you can expect a balanced, articulate blend of dry, woody tone and warmth, along with a sensitive response that accommodates a wide range of playing styles!

Additionally, this Next Generation 512ce 12-Fret features the Action Control Neck system, allowing for extremely precise and stable neck adjustments. This ensures comfortable playability and consistent action.

Also new is the superb-sounding Claria electronics system. This system delivers a remarkably natural and dynamic amplified tone; the controls are no longer visible on the body's exterior but are subtly integrated into the soundhole for a sleeker, more elegant look.

This instrument has been carefully inspected for condition and playability, then set up to our Gold Standard by a luthier. We make sure it arrives in your hands exactly as it should: sounding its best, playing effortlessly and ready to be enjoyed from the very first note.
