This polished brass Rock Slide is the model that started it all in 1999, and it is built to fix what bothers players about an ordinary straight tube. The interior is tapered, so the slide sits snugly along the whole length of your finger instead of only at the knuckle. That stops it from wobbling, so every note lands where you aim it. The knuckle cutaway lets you bend your finger without the slide pinching, and the dished finger rest at the top gives your fingertip a fixed point to push against, which makes vibrato easier to control.

Brass is dense and heavy, and that mass keeps the strings ringing longer, giving you long sustain and a warm, full tone with a slightly gritty edge. The highly polished finish lets the slide glide smoothly across the strings.
