Bassics Cruncher Bass Drive
The Cruncher is easy to use with a wide range of distortion effects obtainable owing to its design
and comprehensive controls. The bypass footswitch makes it possible to set the levels so that switching the effect in and out does not cause a change in volume.
Simply turn the ‘Drive’ control up until the ‘Drive Level’ light starts to glow. Then turn the
‘Blend’ control to add the required amount of distortion. The ‘Drive’ control can also be increased
to give even more distortion effect.
The ‘Hard’ and ‘Soft’ switch adds different harmonics which can be used according to which one you prefer. The ‘Low’ and ‘High’ Eq controls are of the peaking type and can add yet another dynamic to the effect.
