This seems just another single cut guitar, until you plug it in. The SB59/v looks and feels as a guitar that has been on this world for 60 years. Eastman builds on this classic body shape in order to create a real alternative. This one isn't weight relieved or chambered and weighs in at a reasonable 3,64kg. This SB59 features Eastman shellak that is applied to the guitar by hand. It makes this guitar stand out even more, gives it a beautiful vintage look and let's the wood beneath it breathe. This varnish completes the Goldburst finish on this guitar and makes this SB59 one of the most beautiful Eastman the company has produced.
