De Forty Three is zowel direct als krachtig, maar met een comfortabel te bespelen kortere mensuur is het gemakkelijk te zien waarom deze gitaar door de jaren heen van zoveel singer-songwriters de voorkeur krijgt.
De grote, slope shoulder body-vorm, gecombineerd met de Baked Sitka sparren top en mahonie zij- en achterkant, levert warme middentonen, solide lage tonen en een geweldige definitie. Het is een tijdloze akoestische gitaarklank.
