De Vintage Custom 1951 Precision Bass biedt de kenmerken die het origineel tot de onbetwiste kampioen van werkende bassisten over de hele wereld maakte, waaronder een uiterst snelle en comfortabele kwartiersgezaagde esdoornhals met een 7.25" toetsradius en '51 Vintage P bass brug. Hij beschikt ook over een essenhouten body met een NOS lakafwerking die het instrument meer organisch laat ademen en een deel van de natuurlijke nerf door de finish laat zien.
Andere kenmerken van de Vintage Custom 1951 Precision Bass zijn onder meer '55 P Bass pickup, volume- en toonregeling, enkellaags zwarte Phenolic slagplaat en vintage-stijl stemmechanieken.
Deze Custom Shop Precision Bass uit 2023 heeft lichte speelsporen verzameld, met daarbij ook een ding op de achterzijde van de body. De bas is echter zeer schoon en wordt met Custom Shop-certificaat geleverd in een koffer.
The Vintage Custom 1951 Precision Bass offers the features that made the original the undisputed champion of working bassists everywhere, including an extremely fast and comfortable quarter-sawn maple neck with a 7.25" fingerboard radius and '51 Vintage P bass bridge. It also features an ash body with a NOS lacquer finish that allows the instrument to breathe more organically and allows some of the natural grain to show through the finish.
Other features of the Vintage Custom 1951 Precision Bass include '55 P Bass pickup, volume and tone controls, single-ply black Phenolic pickguard and vintage-style tuners.
This 2023 Custom Shop Precision Bass has collected light playwear, including a ding on the back of the body. However, the bass is very clean and comes with a Custom Shop certificate in a hardshell case.

Dieser 2023 Custom Shop Precision Bass weist leichte Spielspuren auf, darunter eine Delle auf der Rückseite des Korpus. Der Bass ist jedoch sehr sauber und wird mit einem Custom Shop Zertifikat im Koffer geliefert.
