De muziek van Nathaniel Rateliff, zowel solo als met de Night Sweats, bevat een uniek aantrekkelijke mix van folk, soul, Americana en R&B. Zijn nieuwe Gibson LG2 Western is ook een mix van Nathaniel's eigen vintage Gibson LG2 en Country Western.
De kleinere mahoniehouten body en het Adirondack rode sparren bovenblad zorgen voor een vintage-goedgekeurde klank. De 24 3/4" schaallengte gebonden mahoniehouten hals is voorzien van gespleten parallellograminleg, en de kop is bekroond met een parelmoer Gibson-bloklogo en Crown-inleg, een knipoog naar de Country Western, terwijl de nikkelen Gotoh Keystone-mechanieken en zwarte brugpinnen zijn weerspiegelingen van Nathaniel's persoonlijke gitaar.
De volume- en toonregelaars van de ingebouwde LR Baggs VTC-elektronica zijn onderaan het klankgat gemonteerd, volgens de voorkeuren van Nathaniel; de LR Baggs pickup maakt de Nathaniel Rateliff LG2 Western podiumklaar, rechtstreeks uit de meegeleverde koffer.
Nathaniel Rateliff's music, both solo and with the Night Sweats, incorporates a uniquely appealing blend of folk, soul, Americana, and R&B. His new Gibson LG2 Western is also a blend of Nathaniel's own vintage Gibson LG2 and Country Western.
The smaller-sized mahogany body and Adirondack red spruce top deliver vintage-approved tone. The 24 3/4" scale length bound mahogany neck features split parallelogram inlays, and the headstock is crowned with a mother of pearl Gibson block logo and Crown inlay, a nod to the Country Western, while the nickel Gotoh Keystone tuners and black bridge pins are reflections of Nathaniel's personal guitar.
The volume and tone controls of the onboard LR Baggs VTC electronics are mounted at the bottom of the soundhole, per Nathaniel's preferences; the LR Baggs pickup makes the Nathaniel Rateliff LG2 Western stage-ready, right out of the included hardshell case.

Die Lautstärke- und Klangregler der integrierten LR Baggs VTC-Elektronik sind je nach Nathaniels Vorlieben unten am Schallloch angebracht; Der LR Baggs-Tonabnehmer macht den Nathaniel Rateliff LG2 Western direkt aus dem mitgelieferten Hartschalenkoffer bühnentauglich.
