Deze vooroorlogse geïnspireerde Herringbone-dreadnought heeft het allemaal. Het geweldige geluid en de geweldige looks van de BR160 zijn slechts een deel van wat hem tot een gewaardeerde vintage-stijl akoestische gitaar zal maken.
Het begint met een massief Sitka sparren bovenblad en scalloped topbraces die het vooroorlogse 'forward shifted' X-patroon respecteren. Santos palissander zij- en achterkant voegen een sterke bas toe aan het toch al volle geluid van het sparrenhouten bovenblad. De slanke mahonie hals is comfortabel en is voorzien van een 'dovetail' halsverbinding en verstelbare truss rod. Mooie uiterlijke kenmerken zijn onder meer een 'Dalmatian' slagplaat en parelmoeren hals- en kopinleg.
