Xotic EP Pro
De kern van de EP-Pro is een FET-preamp gebaseerd op het klassieke Echoplex-achtige boostcircuit waar Xotic bekend om staat. Deze analoge boost kan tot ongeveer 20 dB extra gain leveren en voegt warmte, harmonische rijkdom en een subtiele compressie toe aan je gitaarsignaal. Met regelaars voor volume, gain, treble en bass kun je het signaal nauwkeurig vormgeven, van een lichte presence-boost tot een duidelijke versterking die je versterker harder laat werken. Interne DIP-switches bieden extra mogelijkheden om het frequentiebereik en karakter van de boost verder te verfijnen.
Daarnaast fungeert de EP-Pro als een actieve volumepedaal, waardoor je dynamiek en output eenvoudig met je voet kunt regelen. De combinatie van boost en volumecontrole maakt het mogelijk om je hele signaalketen subtiel te sturen, bijvoorbeeld voor swells, soloboosts of het verfijnen van je totale sound aan het einde van de keten. Dankzij de keuze tussen true bypass en buffered werking blijft je signaal helder, ook bij langere kabels of grotere pedalboards.

Controls for volume, gain, treble, and bass allow you to precisely shape the signal, from a gentle presence boost to a pronounced boost that makes your amp work harder. Internal DIP switches provide additional control to further refine the boost's frequency response and character.
In addition, the EP-Pro functions as an active volume pedal, allowing you to easily control dynamics and output with your foot. The combination of boost and volume controls allows you to subtly control your entire signal chain, for example, for swells, solo boosts, or refining your overall sound at the end of the chain.
