De GB10 is een signature model voor de Amerikaanse jazzgitarist George Benson. De GB10 was Ibanez' eerste hollow body artist signature gitaar en is het langstlopende gitaarmodel in de geschiedenis van het bedrijf.
De GB10 heeft een single cutaway, fully hollow body ontwerp met een sparren bovenblad met F-gaten en meerlaagse binding en esdoorn achterkant en zijkanten gekoppeld aan een esdoorn hals met een grote kop en een 22-fret ebbenhouten toets met binding en acryl/abalone gesplitste blok toets-inleg.
Ook qua speelbaarheid en klank volstaat dit model helemaal dankzij de 'floating' Ibanez GB Special humbucking-pickups met individuele volume- en toonregeling, een in hoogte verstelbare ebbenhouten brug met speciaal verstelbaar split-trapezium staartstuk en een benen/koperen topkam.
