De nieuwe Kentucky KM670 Standard Oval Hole mandoline zet de traditie van de grote Amerikaanse gitaarbouwers van rond de eeuwwisseling voort en tilt het 'oval hole' mandoline ontwerp naar een geheel nieuw niveau.
De traditioneel braced top met ovaal klankgat zorgt voor een luchtige, houtachtige klank met veel volume. Hij heeft ook traditionele vintage styling en design gecombineerd met moderne spelerkenmerken zoals een 14 fret hals-bodyverbinding; het positioneren van de brug in de "sweet-spot of tone"; waardoor een betere toegang tot de bovenste frets mogelijk wordt gemaakt.
Afgewerkt in een mooie en traditionele hoogglans Sunburst en is gemaakt van het fijnste, dry-aged Europese klankhout voor een klank van wereldklasse in een klassiek ontwerp.
