Martin's populaire StreetMaster-afwerking werd in 2017 geïntroduceerd in hun massief mahoniehouten 15-serie als een respectvolle knipoog naar de werkende muzikant. Nu heeft Martin deze prachtig verweerde afwerking voor het eerst toegepast op Oost-Indisch palissander en Adirondack-sparrenhout, en het is een mooie aanvulling op de 16-serie.
Het Adirondack sparren bovenblad is voorzien van het Vintage Tone System, dat het hout veroudert voor een echt vintage geluid waar je normaal gesproken tientallen jaren op zou moeten wachten om ervan te genieten. Als je houdt van het uiterlijk van de StreetMaster-afwerking, maar het grotere en meer basrijke geluid wilt dat je krijgt van het felbegeerde Oost-Indische palissander en Adirondack-sparrenhout, dan is deze gitaar voor jou gemaakt.

Now Martin has applied this beautifully distressed finish to East Indian rosewood and Adirondack spruce for the first time, and it is a fine addition to our 16 Series.
The Adirondack spruce top also includes the proprietary Vintage Tone System, which ages the wood for a truly vintage tone that you’d normally have to wait many decades to enjoy.
