De onlangs vernieuwde SG Junior keert terug met een nauwkeuriger klassiek ontwerp uit de jaren 60 dat hem relevant, gespeeld en geliefd maakte.
De SG Junior, die in het begin van de jaren 60 als studentenmodel werd geïntroduceerd, wordt al bijna 60 jaar door muzikanten omarmd. De rijke Vintage Cherry lakafwerking, de halsverbinding uit de vroege jaren 60 en de scherpe vintage bodyafwerking zijn kenmerken van dit model.
Hij is uitgerust met de krachtige enkele 'dogear' P90 pickup met handbedrade bedieningselementen en een Orange Drop condensator. De Vintage Deluxe-stijl stemmechanieken met witte knoppen en compensated wraparound brug dragen ook bij aan eenvoud, functie en oerdegelijke toon.
