De populaire diepe "C"-hals heeft nu gladde opgerolde toetsranden, een "Super-Natural" satijnen afwerking en een nieuw gevormde nekhak voor een uiterst comfortabel gevoel en gemakkelijke toegang tot het bovenste register. Nieuwe V-Mod II Telecaster single-coil pickups zijn meer gearticuleerd dan ooit, terwijl ze de twang, snap en grom leveren die de Tele beroemd hebben gemaakt.
