BSG gitaren worden gebouwd door Jan ŠťovÃÄek in Tsjechië. Deze gitaren staan bekend om de zeer hoge bouwkwaliteit die heel dicht in de buurt komt van merken zoals McIlroy en Lowden. Jan en zijn kleine team maken maximaal 200 gitaren per jaar, volledig met de hand, en kwaliteit staat bij elke stap in het productieproces voorop. Neem daarbij de verbluffende klankkwaliteiten van deze instrumenten en je gaat je afvragen hoe deze kwaliteit mogelijk is op dit prijsniveau.
De P27F is een Parlor gitaar met een palissander klankkast, gecombineerd met een sparren top. Ook deze BSG laat vooral de natuurlijke schoonheid van de verschillende massieve houtsoorten zien en voegt door gevlamde esdoorn bindingen aan toe en een herringbone randinleg en rozet. De hals is voorzien van een gesleufde kop, wat een luxueus uiterlijk geeft en ook een andere klank. Deze Parlor heeft een indrukwekkend laag voor zijn formaat, en een zoet midden met een erg mooi hoog.
BSG guitars are built by Jan Stovicek in Czechia and are renowned for their excellent tonal qualities and impressively detailed craftmanship. Jan and his small team only make a maximum of 200 guitars every year, and maintaining the highest quality in every step of the production process is absolutely his main goal.
