Het verhaal van hoe Hendrix en de Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face bij elkaar zijn gekomen zal ik jullie besparen, maar wat heeft dat geleid tot een salvo aan buitenaards mooie en smerige klanken.Â
Zoals de kenner weet, is deze Signature Fuzz Face gebaseerd op de 'silicon' versie die Hendrix tijdens zijn Electric Ladyland periode is gaan gebruiken. Deze versie kan beter tegen temperatuurschommelingen en klonk net iets rauwer.Â
Deze Hendrix Signature heeft, net zoals het origineel, iets meer midden wat erg goed werkt met de huidige cleane, scooped amps die veel gitaristen nu gebruiken. Ze werkt fantastisch met de volume knop waardoor je die dromerige clean sounds ook kunt krijgen.
Je zult nog steeds een beetje gas moeten geven, maar hé, het is een Hendrix pedaal, wat dacht je dan?

I'll spare you the story of how Hendrix and the Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face came to be together, but what an impact it made and still makes with the plethora of beautiful and filthy tones 'they' made.
As the connoisseur knows, this Signature Fuzz Face is based on the 'silicon' version that Hendrix started using during his Electric Ladyland period. This version is better able to withstand temperature fluctuations and sounds a bit more raw.
This Hendrix Signature, like the original, has a bit more midrange which works very well with today's clean, scooped amps that many guitarists use nowadays. It works great with the volume knob so you can get those dreamy clean sounds too.
