Welkom in de legendarische wereld van de Fender Stratocaster—een icoon dat de muziekgeschiedenis heeft gevormd en generaties muzikanten heeft geïnspireerd. Sinds zijn introductie in 1954 heeft de Stratocaster zijn sporen verdiend in talloze genres, van rock ’n roll en blues tot jazz, country en meer.
Legendarische gitaristen als Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan en John Mayer vertrouwden op de Stratocaster vanwege zijn herkenbare klank: sprankelende hoge tonen, volle middentonen en strakke bassen. Een veelzijdig instrument dat zich thuisvoelt in elke stijl.
Deze Custom Shop Strat is uitgevoerd in een oogverblindende Purple Sparkle finish, die in het echt nog indrukwekkender is. De pickup-configuratie maakt deze gitaar extra bijzonder: een handgewonden ’69 single coil in de halspositie, een handgewonden Fat ’60s single coil in het midden en een EVH Zebra humbucker bij de brug. Hiermee switch je moeiteloos van Hendrix-achtige vintage sounds naar het stevige rockgeluid van Eddie Van Halen.
De hals heeft een comfortabel 60s Style Oval C-profiel en is voorzien van een palissander toets met een compound radius van 9.5 tot 12 inch. Zoals je van de Custom Shop mag verwachten, is deze Strat gebouwd volgens de hoogste standaarden.

Der Oval-C-Ahornhals im 60er-Jahre-Stil und das Palisander-Griffbrett haben einen 9,5"-12" Compound-Radius, der das Spiel über das gesamte Griffbrett hinweg leicht und geschmeidig macht. Wie alle Custom Shop-Modelle erfüllt auch diese Stratocaster die höchsten Ansprüche an Handwerkskunst und Klang.
