Het merk uit Austin, Texas, dat zich al meerdere malen heeft bewezen als meester gitaarbouwer op bijna elk vlak. Uitzonderlijke flattops, geweldige mandolines en uitzinnige elektrische gitaren, allemaal voortgekomen uit liefde, passie en vakmanschap!
Voortbordurend op de populariteit van de I35 LC, biedt Collings nu hun luxe ivoroid toets- en headstock binding, ivoroid "top hat" knoppen en pickup ringen op de I35 LC Deluxe. Samengesteld uit zowel hun eigen custom recept van gelamineerd hout als hun handgemaakte ivoroid kenmerken, is deze gitaar echt een unieke Collings creatie. Met een gebalanceerde en heldere toon dankzij de laminaat constructie, biedt de I35 LC Deluxe nu een opvallend elegant uiterlijk dat past bij zijn geweldige geluid.
De pickups zijn twee Lollar Low Wind Imperial Humbuckers. Gebaseerd op PAF's met een lagere output die vaak in vintage 335's te vinden zijn, heeft deze pickup een helderdere algehele toon vergeleken met de standaard Lollar Imperial. Dit resulteert in een uitzonderlijke definitie voor elk akkoord en een geweldige presence om door de mix te snijden, zeker met de semi-hollow constructie van de I35LC.

Building on the popularity of the I35 LC, Collings now offers their luxurious ivoroid fingerboard and headstock binding, ivoroid "top hat" knobs, and pickup rings on the I35 LC Deluxe. Constructed from both their own custom-made laminated wood and their handcrafted ivoroid features, this guitar is truly a unique Collings creation. With a balanced and bright tone thanks to the laminate construction, the I35 LC Deluxe now offers a strikingly elegant appearance to match its superb sound.
The pickups are two Lollar Low Wind Imperial Humbuckers. Based on lower-output PAFs often found in vintage 335s, this pickup has a brighter overall tone compared to the standard Lollar Imperial. This results in exceptional definition for every chord and a superb presence to cut through the mix, especially with the I35LC's semi-hollow construction.

Diese Gitarre besteht aus speziell angefertigtem Schichtholz und handgefertigten Ivoroid-Elementen und ist eine wahrhaft einzigartige Kreation von Collings. Dank der Schichtholzkonstruktion besticht die I35 LC Deluxe durch einen ausgewogenen und hellen Klang, der ihrem hervorragenden Klang gerecht wird.
Als Tonabnehmer kommen zwei Lollar Low Wind Imperial Humbucker zum Einsatz. Basierend auf den PAFs mit geringerer Ausgangsleistung, die oft in Vintage-335ern zu finden sind, hat dieser Tonabnehmer einen insgesamt helleren Klang als der Standard-Lollar Imperial. Das Ergebnis ist eine außergewöhnliche Definition jedes Akkords und eine hervorragende Präsenz, die sich im Mix durchsetzt, insbesondere dank der halbhohlen Bauweise des I35LC.
