In samenwerking met Gibson Custom introduceert Epiphone met trots de 1959 ES-355, een verbluffende recreatie van het iconische ES model uit de legendarische lichting van 1959. Deze gitaar vertegenwoordigt het hoogtepunt van de ES serie en omvat alles, van de afmetingen en contouren tot de ingewikkelde inlegpatronen en geluidservaring.
De 1959 ES-355 heeft een 5-laags gelaagde maple/poplar body met een massief maple middenblok voor verbeterde sustain en weerstand tegen feedback. De mahonie hals uit één stuk heeft een 50s Rounded Medium C profiel en de ebbenhouten toets is versierd met parelmoer blokinleg. De Gibson-stijl "open boek" kop toont de Split Diamond en Epiphone logo inleg van parelmoer. Verder zijn er gouden Grover Rotomatic stemknoppen en het Inspired by Gibson logo met dubbele diamant op de achterkant geëtst.
De 1959 ES-355 wordt aangedreven door een paar handbedrade Gibson Custombuckers, verbonden met CTS potentiometers, Mallory condensatoren en een Switchcraft pickup keuzeschakelaar en output jack. De gitaar wordt geleverd met een bruine en roze hardshell koffer met het Inspired by Gibson Custom logo.

The 1959 ES-355 features a 5-ply layered maple/poplar body with a solid maple center block for enhanced sustain and feedback resistance. Its one-piece mahogany neck boasts a 50s Rounded Medium C profile, and the ebony fretboard is adorned with block mother-of-pearl inlays. The Gibson-style “open book” headstock showcases the Split Diamond and Epiphone logo inlays crafted from mother-of-pearl. Additionally, gold Grover Rotomatic tuners and the Inspired by Gibson double diamond logo are etched on the back.
Powering the 1959 ES-355 are a pair of hand-wired Gibson Custombuckers, connected to CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors, and a Switchcraft pickup selector switch and output jack. The guitar comes complete with a brown and pink hardshell case featuring the Inspired by Gibson Custom logo.

Der einteilige Mahagoni-Hals hat ein 50s Rounded Medium C-Profil, und das Ebenholz-Griffbrett ist mit Block-Perlmutteinlagen verziert. Die Kopfplatte im Gibson-Open-Book-Stil ist mit Split Diamond und Epiphone-Logo-Inlays aus Perlmutt verziert. Zusätzlich sind auf der Rückseite goldene Grover Rotomatic Mechaniken und das Inspired by Gibson Doppeldiamant-Logo eingeätzt.
Angetrieben wird die 1959 ES-355 von zwei handverdrahteten Gibson Custombuckern, die mit CTS-Potentiometern, Mallory-Kondensatoren, einem Switchcraft-Pickup-Wahlschalter und einer Ausgangsbuchse verbunden sind. Die Gitarre wird mit einem braun-rosa Hartschalenkoffer mit dem Inspired by Gibson Custom-Logo geliefert.
