Als onderdeel van de voortdurende samenwerking met Gibson Custom, introduceert Epiphone met trots het vlaggenschip van de Les Paul Custom in de Inspired by Gibson Custom line-up. Voorzien van alle stijlvolle 'tuxedo'-afwerkingen waar het model bekend om staat, heeft deze prachtige gitaar een mahonie hals uit één stuk met een '50s Rounded C-profiel, een ebbenhouten toets en parelmoeren blokinleg op de toets. Er zijn ook parelmoer split diamond en Epiphone logo inleg op de Gibson-stijl 'openbook' kop.
Gouden hardware, inclusief Grover Rotomatic 18:1 gear ratio stemknoppen, geven hem nog meer visuele aantrekkingskracht. De massief mahonie body heeft een esdoorn kap voor een vleugje extra sonische bite, terwijl de Gibson USA 490R en 498T pickups zorgen voor tonale verfijning en genoeg kracht om al het moois te ondersteunen. Ze zijn met de hand bedraad met CTS potentiometers, een Switchcraft output jack en pickup selectieschakelaar, en Mallory condensatoren.
Een Inspired by Gibson Custom dubbel diamanten logo staat op de achterkant van de gitaarkop, en een zwarte hardshell koffer met het Inspired by Gibson Custom logo en een guldenrode binnenkant wordt ook meegeleverd.
As part of the ongoing collaboration with Gibson Custom, Epiphone is proud to introduce the flagship Les Paul Custom to the Inspired by Gibson Custom lineup. Replete with all of the classy ‘tuxedo’ appointments that the model is known for, this beautiful guitar has a one-piece mahogany neck with a '50s Rounded C profile, an ebony fretboard, and mother-of-pearl block fretboard inlays. There are also mother-of-pearl split diamond and Epiphone logo headstock inlays on the Gibson-style ‘openbook’ headstock.
Gold hardware, including Grover Rotomatic 18:1 gear ratio tuners, gives it even more visual appeal. The solid mahogany body has a maple cap for a touch of added sonic bite, while the Gibson USA 490R and 498T pickups provide tonal sophistication and plenty of muscle to back up all the beauty. They’re hand-wired to CTS potentiometers, a Switchcraft output jack, and pickup select switch, and Mallory capacitors.
An Inspired by Gibson Custom double diamond logo is on the back of the headstock, and a black hardshell case with the Inspired by Gibson Custom logo and a goldenrod interior is also included.
