Franchin Guitars Mercury Olive Green Racing Stripes
In 2016 richtte Mattia Franchin Franchin Guitars op, een project geboren uit de mix van zijn twee grote passies, kunst en muziek. Hij heeft zelf een artistieke opleiding gevolgd, en omringde zich al snel met een team van kunstenaars van de Academy of the Fine Arts van Venetië, evenals met technische gitaarbouwers.
Alle gitaren worden in Italië gemaakt met een selectie van de best en meest resonerende houtsoorten die beschikbaar zijn. Het hele afwerkingsproces wordt uitgevoerd in hun laboratorium in Monticello Conte Otto (nabij Vicenza, Italië). Elk stuk is uniek, gebouwd met geselecteerde materialen en doorloopt een verfijnd en zorgvuldig gedetailleerd bouwproces.
Het unieke van deze gitaren wordt prachtig gedemonstreerd door dit Mercury-model in Olive Green met racestrepen! Hij springt in het oog met zijn overtuigende relic en matching headstock, en als je nog beter kijkt, zie je mooie details zoals de 'dome' bedieningsknoppen en kleine abalone stip toets-inleg. En het is niet alleen het uiterlijk, de bespeelbaarheid van de walnoothouten hals is even comfortabel als gemakkelijk, waardoor dit een waar genot is om te spelen!

In 2016, Mattia Franchin founded Franchin Guitars, a project born from the blend of his two great passions, art and music. With artistic training himself, he soon surrounded himself with a team of artists of the Fine Arts Academy of Venice, as well as with technician luthiers.
All guitars are made in Italy using a selection of the best, well-seasoned and resonant woods available. The whole finishing process is carried out in their lab in Monticello Conte Otto (near Vicenza, Italy). Every piece is unique, built with selected materials and go through a refined and carefully detailed build-process.
The uniqueness of these guitars is beautifully demonstrated by this Mercury model in Olive Green with racing stripes! It catches the eyes with its convincing relic and matching headstock, but if you look closer you'll notice nice details such as the 'dome' control knobs and small abalone dot fretboard inlay. And it is not just the looks, the playability of the walnut neck is as comfortable as it is easy, making it a real joy to play!
