De geheel nieuwe FT-67 Filter'Tron humbucking-pickups zijn ontworpen om authentieke vintage Gretsch-voicing vast te leggen, maar met een meer afgeronde toon voor moderne speelstijlen. Dit krachtige paar pickups biedt een open en ongerepte top-end chime, glasachtige midrange, robuuste low-end en gebalanceerde boventonen voor een toon die naadloos samengaat met andere instrumenten. De afzonderlijke volumeregelaars voor de brug en de hals, de drieweg-pickup-toggle-schakeling, de 'no-load' master tone en de master volume zorgen voor oneindige toonvariaties.
Een ebbenhouten toets heeft een 12" radius met gerolde randen en 22 medium jumbo frets bovenop een esdoornhals met 25.5 inch mensuur met een comfortabel standaard "U"-vormig profiel voor soepele en makkelijke speelbaarheid. Het Bigsby B6GP vibrato-staartstuk en de Adjusto-Matic-brug worden gecombineerd met de Graph Tech TUSQ XL kam voor maximale stemstabiliteit.
