Lowden F32 12 Fret Indian Rosewood Sitka Spruce

In de loop der jaren is de 32-serie van Lowden steeds populairder geworden, vooral vanwege zijn volle en toch zeer duidelijk gedefinieerde toon. Het Sitka-sparren bovenblad helpt om de warme volheid van het palissander te balanceren. De F-versie is warm, vol en helder met een gerichte projectie waardoor deze ideaal is voor flat-picking en fingerstyle. Niet te groot, niet te klein, met een geweldig hoog en een warme krachtige bas.

Hoewel de mensuur (650 mm) hetzelfde blijft als het reguliere 14-fret F-model, is de brug op deze 12-fret verplaatst en is de klankkast uniek gestemd om een gitaar te creëren die iets anders biedt dan al het andere in de Lowden-reeks. De locatie van de brug op het bovenblad verhoogt de punch in het middenbereik van de gitaar en ondanks zijn compacter gevoel, biedt de 12 Fret projectie en levendigheid die meer lijkt op een gitaar met een veel grotere body.

In 2019 introduceerde Lowden deze grotere F-body in de 12 Fret-reeks. Over het algemeen biedt hij meer volume en een voller laag dan zijn kleinere 'S'-broertje.

Over the years the 32-series by Lowden have become more sought after especially because of its full bodied and yet very clear defined tone. The Sitka spruce top helps to balance the rosewood’s warm fullness. The F version is warm, full and clear with a focused projection making it ideal for flat-picking and fingerstyle.

Whilst the scale length (25.6 inch) remains the same as the regular 14 fret F model, the bridge on this 12 Fret has been relocated and the soundbox uniquely voiced to create a guitar that offers something different to anything else in the Lowden range. The location of the bridge on the soundboard increases the guitars midrange punch and despite its more compact feel, the 12 Fret offers projection and vibrancy more akin to a guitar with a much larger body.
