De MDA815-mandola van Eastman is een van de duurdere instrumenten die ze maken in de mandolinefamilie. Wat op papier werkt, vertaalt zich niet altijd in een fantastisch instrument, maar gelukkig weten de meesterbouwers bij Eastman wat ze doen! Deze mandola is luid, direct en heeft een heerlijk diepe toon, vooral in de hoge registers. De 'klassieke' glansafwerking is prachtig aangebracht en de overvloed aan ivoroid-binding geeft het instrument een zeer chique uitstraling.
Zelfs als je op zoek bent naar een duurder instrument, is Eastman een merk dat je niet mag negeren! Ze maken fantastische instrumenten, vooral als je naar de prijs kijkt. Deze MDA815 is daarop geen uitzondering en zou een perfecte aanvulling zijn op zelfs de meest veeleisende muzikantencollectie.
Eastman's MDA815 mandola is one of the more higher-end instruments they make in the mandolin family. Simply looking at the spec-sheet confirms this fact: Gotoh tuners, pearl 'Flower Pot' headstock inlay, adjustable compensated Ebony bridge, a solid Adirondack Spruce top and a highly flamed (solid) Maple body.
What works on paper doesn't always translate to a fantastic instrument, but luckily the master luthiers over at Eastman know what they're doing! This mandola is loud, direct and has a luscious deep tone, especially in the high registers. The 'classic' gloss finish has been applied beautifully and abundance of ivoroid binding gives the instrument a very fancy look.
Even if you're looking for a more high-end instrument, Eastman is a brand you shouldn't gloss over! They make fantastic instruments, especially when you consider the price point. This MDA815 is no exception and would make a perfect addition to even the most discerning musicians collection.
Die Mandola MDA815 von Eastman ist eines der hochwertigeren Instrumente der Mandolinenfamilie. Ein Blick auf das Datenblatt bestätigt diese Tatsache: Gotoh-Mechaniken, perlmuttfarbene „Flower Pot“-Kopfplatteneinlage, verstellbarer, kompensierter Ebenholzsteg, eine Decke aus massiver Adirondack-Fichte und ein stark geflammter (massiver) Ahornkorpus.
Was auf dem Papier funktioniert, ist nicht immer ein fantastisches Instrument, aber zum Glück wissen die Gitarrenbaumeister bei Eastman, was sie tun! Diese Mandola ist laut, direkt und hat einen satten tiefen Ton, besonders in den hohen Lagen. Das „klassische“ Glanzfinish wurde wunderschön aufgetragen und die zahlreichen Elfenbeineinfassungen verleihen dem Instrument ein sehr schickes Aussehen.
Auch wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem High-End-Instrument sind, ist Eastman eine Marke, die Sie nicht beschönigen sollten! Sie sind fantastische Instrumente, besonders wenn man den Preis bedenkt. Dieser MDA815 bildet da keine Ausnahme und wäre eine perfekte Ergänzung selbst für die Sammlung anspruchsvollster Musiker.
