Hij is namelijk niet chambered of weight relieved en weegt toch maar 3,7 kg. Deze SB59 is voorzien van Eastman's schellak die met de hand wordt aangebracht. Dit geeft het instrument een geweldig mooie vintage look die het hout ook laat ademen.
Deze vernis creëert in combinatie met Eastman's wonderschone Antique Classic laklaag misschien wel de mooiste gitaar die ze ooit gemaakt hebben. De gitaar wordt met echtheidscertificaat geleverd in een koffer.
