De Eastman T185MX is onderdeel van de semi-hollow series van Eastman. Hij heeft een mooie 'classic' finish over een solide esdoorn bovenblad.Â
De Eastman T185MX heeft daarnaast een solide mahonie zij- en achterkant. Dus twee houtsoorten die elkaar goed complimenteren waardoor de klank een fijne balans heeft. Voeg daar twee Bare Knuckle Humbuckers aan toe en je hebt ook nog die extra 'kick' aan het geluid. Hierdoor leent deze gitaar zich niet uitsluitend voor jazz, maar presteert hij ook ontzettend goed in genres als blues en rock. Vergeet niet dat hij ook nog een 3-way switch en twee volume en tone controls heeft om het juiste geluid te krijgen.
Hij is excentriek afgewerkt met gevlamd esdoorn bindings, chromen hardware en Amber Speed knoppen waardoor hij een luxe uitstraling heeft. Inclusief koffer met certificaat en TFOA paspoort.Â
