Gibson 1952 J185 Vintage Sunburst

Gibson's J185, originally released in the early 1950s and is often referred to as the little sibling of the SJ200, but it actually seems more of a distant relative. The smaller body of the J185 offers remarkably comfortable playability and superior performance and tone. It maintains unsurpassed balance of lows, mids, and highs, with equal response to every note on the fretboard.

This 1952 J185 features a thermally aged Sitka spruce top and solid maple back and sides. The rosewood fretboard features pearl split-parallelogram inlays and the rosewood bridge rocks a long saddle and those iconic mother of pearl crosses.

Includes a hardshell case with certificate of authenticity.
