Het ontwerp was oorspronkelijk om praktische redenen bedacht: het maakte het gebruik van kleinere stukken palissanderhout mogelijk, wat niet mogelijk was voor de tweedelige achterkanten van de D28 of D45. Wat begon als een praktische oplossing, evolueerde tot een onderscheidend model met een eigen uniek karakter.
Deze D35 MP heeft een achterkant en zijkanten van Madagascar palissander en een bovenblad van Sitka sparren met non-scalloped bracing. Deze combinatie resulteert in de warme, volle en goed gedefinieerde klank waar Martin om bekend staat. Madagascar palissander is een zeldzame en zeer gewilde houtsoort die qua uiterlijk en klank het meest lijkt op het legendarische Braziliaanse palissander. De ebbenhouten toets en brug maken het geheel compleet, terwijl het slankere Performing Artist-halsprofiel zorgt voor een comfortabele speelervaring. De dreadnought-bodyvorm levert meer dan voldoende volume en projectie met een goede bas- en middenfrequentierespons.
Deze D35 MP is gebouwd in 2011 en verkeert in uitstekende conditie. Er zijn wat lichte gebruikssporen en deukjes te vinden op de bovenkant, achterkant, zijkanten en hals, maar de gitaar is over het algemeen zeer netjes. De lak van de body glanst prachtig en de gitaar heeft een nieuw brugzadel, waardoor hij helemaal klaar is voor de volgende eigenaar. Een fantastische kans om een Martin met dit zeldzame en prachtige klankhout te bemachtigen!

The design was originally created for a practical reason: it allowed for the use of smaller rosewood pieces that couldn't be used for the two-piece backs of the D28 or D45. What began as a practical solution evolved into a distinctive model with its own unique character.
This D35 MP features Madagascar rosewood back and sides and a Sitka spruce top with non-scalloped bracing, a combination that results in the warm, full, and well-defined sound for which Martin is known. Madagascar rosewood is a rare and highly sought-after tonewood that most closely resembles the legendary Brazilian rosewood in terms of looks and tone. The ebony fingerboard and bridge complete the picture, while the slimmer Performing Artist neck profile provides a comfortable playing experience. The dreadnought body shape delivers more than enough volume and projection with a good bass and midrange response.
This D35 MP was built in 2011 and is in excellent condition. Some light playwear and dings can be found on the top, back and sides and neck, but the guitar is overall very clean. The body finish shines beautifully, and the guitar has a new bridge saddle, making it completely ready for its next owner. A wonderful opportunity to acquire a Martin with this rare and beautiful tonewood!

Diese Kombination erzeugt den warmen, vollen und definierten Klang, für den Martin bekannt ist. Madagaskar-Palisander ist ein seltenes und begehrtes Tonholz, das dem legendären brasilianischen Palisander in Aussehen und Klang am ähnlichsten ist. Das Ebenholzgriffbrett und der Steg runden das Ensemble ab, während das schlankere Performing Artist-Halsprofil für ein komfortables Spielgefühl sorgt. Die Dreadnought-Korpusform liefert reichlich Volumen und Projektion mit guter Bass- und Mittenwiedergabe.
Diese D35 MP wurde 2011 gebaut und befindet sich in exzellentem Zustand. Es gibt einige kleinere Gebrauchsspuren und Dellen an Decke, Boden, Zargen und Hals, aber die Gitarre ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Der Korpus glänzt wunderschön, und die Gitarre hat einen neuen Stegsattel, sodass sie perfekt für ihren nächsten Besitzer bereit ist. Eine fantastische Gelegenheit, eine Martin mit diesem seltenen und wunderschönen Tonholz zu erwerben!
