Make Your Custom Guitar: The Process
Ordering a custom guitar is a unique, personal and fantastic experience. From the first consultation to the moment you open the case and finally have your dream guitar in your hands. Our experienced and knowledgeable Fellows are here to help you every step of this journey.
We can divide the complete process into 3 phases: Orientation, Construction Phase, and Delivery.
Orientation
During the orientation, we will look together at what your needs are, put together your ultimate guitar and you will receive a quote.
Do you already know exactly what you want? Then we will get straight to work for you! Are you still unsure about different brands or options? We have years of experience and are an official (Custom Shop) dealer for all brands. From hardware to the sound characteristics of woods, our Fellows will be happy to advise you!
Construction Phase
When you are completely satisfied with your guitar design, we make sure your order reaches the luthier. So you don't have to do anything for this! The building time of a custom guitar depends on the brand and the chosen specifications. We give an indication on our Custom Order pages for each brand. You are also always welcome to contact us for more specific information. In addition, we are always available to keep you informed about the progress of your custom order.
Delivery
Your guitar is ready and will be delivered to us. You will receive a message about this. We will make a final check and adjust the guitar to your preferences. Then you can pick up the guitar in our shop or we will ship it to you. As with all our shipments, you will receive a Track & Trace code. We recommend leaving the guitar in its box for 24 hours after receipt to allow it to acclimatise. Then the long wait is finally over: open the case and meet your brand new, unique, and perfect musical partner!
