Dana Bourgeois bouwt al decennialang gitaren. Hij staat wereldwijd bekend om zijn uitmuntende vakmanschap en als een van de belangrijkste autoriteiten op het gebied van intonatie, selectie en gebruik van fijn akoestisch toonhout. Bourgeois heeft deze OMS DB Signature niet voor niets de "Signature" genoemd; het benadrukt vele individuele ontwerpelementen die uniek zijn voor Dana.
De Bourgeois OMS combineert een aantal van de vintage kenmerken met een gesleufde kop en een hals met 25.5 inch mensuur om een ontwerp te creëren dat nog steeds wordt begeerd door fingerstyle spelers. De Bourgeois OMS is een gitaar met een compacte klankkast en een 12 fret halsverbinding. In combinatie met de wijde snaarafstand resulteert dit in een gitaar die zich uitstekend leent voor fingerstyle, al draait de OMS zijn hand zeker niet om voor een paar fraai klinkende akkoorden.
Daarnaast is deze OMS ook een lust voor het oog met zijn prachtige Tasmanian Blackwood klankkast en ebbenhouten binding met DB Signature herringbone purfling. Het Adirondack sparren bovenblad zorgt daarnaast voor een bijzonder diepe, perfect uitgebalanceerde toon die het erg moeilijk maakt om naast je neer te leggen!
Deze OMS is gebouwd in 2024, en verkeert nog nagenoeg in nieuwstaat. Op de slagplaat zijn minimale speelsporen te vinden, de rand van de achterzijde van de headstock heeft enkele kleine dings opgelopen en de matte lak op de achterzijde van de hals is glanzend geworden door het bespelen van het instrument. De gitaar is verder bijzonder schoon, en wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in een koffer.

Bourgeois has named this OMS DB Signature "the Signature" for good reason; it highlights many individual design elements unique to Dana.

The Bourgeois OMS is a guitar with a compact back and sides and a 12-fret neck joint. Combined with the wide string spacing, this results in a guitar that lends itself perfectly to fingerstyle, although the OMS certainly doesn't shy away from playing a few beautiful chords.
This OMS is also a feast for the eyes with its beautiful Tasmanian Blackwood back and sides and ebony binding with DB Signature herringbone purfling. The Adirondack spruce top also produces an exceptionally deep, perfectly balanced tone that makes it incredibly hard to put down!
This OMS was built in 2024 and is still in near-mint condition. Minimal playwear can be found on the pickguard, the back edge of the headstock has sustained a few minor dings, and the matte finish on the back of the neck has become glossy from playing. The guitar is otherwise exceptionally clean and comes with a TFOA passport and a hardshell case.

Die Bourgeois OMS zeichnet sich durch einen kompakten Korpus und einen Halsansatz am 12. Bund aus. In Kombination mit dem großen Saitenabstand eignet sie sich perfekt für Fingerstyle, obwohl die OMS auch für das Spielen von Akkorden bestens geeignet ist.
Diese OMS ist mit ihrem wunderschönen Korpus aus tasmanischem Grenadillholz und dem Ebenholzbinding mit DB Signature Fischgrätenmuster auch optisch ein Genuss. Die Decke aus Adirondack-Fichte erzeugt einen außergewöhnlich tiefen, perfekt ausgewogenen Klang, der einen kaum loslässt!
Diese OMS wurde 2024 gebaut und befindet sich in nahezu neuwertigem Zustand. Das Schlagbrett weist minimale Spielspuren auf, die Rückseite der Kopfplatte hat ein paar kleine Dellen, und die matte Lackierung auf der Halsrückseite ist durch das Spielen glänzend geworden. Ansonsten ist die Gitarre in einem außergewöhnlich guten Zustand und wird mit einem TFOA-Pass und einem Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
