BSG D37F Amazon Rosewood Bearclaw Spruce 2019

BSG gitaren worden gebouwd door Jan Šťovíček in Tsjechië. Jan en zijn kleine team te maken slechts een maximum van 200 gitaren per jaar, volledig met de hand, en kwaliteit staat bij alles voorop.

De naam D37F staat voor een dreadnought vorm, Amazon palissander voor de achterkant en zijkanten, en een geheel massieve klankkast. De bespeelbaarheid is zoals bij alle BSG gitaren: simpelweg perfect. De combinatie van Amazon palissander met het prachtige Europees bearclaw sparren zorgt voor een verfijnde heldere klank, maar buitengewoon krachtig. Prima te gebruiken voor fingerstyle door de perfecte balans, maar een Bluegrass-picker en een strummer zullen hun weg ook moeiteloos vinden op deze indrukwekkende dreadnought.

Met slechts wat lichte speelsporen op de body en kop ziet deze BSG uit 2019 er nog heel schoon uit. Dankzij de esdoorn binding, abalone purfling en rozet heeft hij ook een verbluffend uiterlijk. De originele stemmechanieken hebben plaatsgemaakt voor prachtige goudkleurige Gotoh stemmechanieken.

De gitaar wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in een koffer van Hiscox.

BSG guitars are built by Jan Šťovíček in the Czech Republic. Jan and his small team make only a maximum of 200 guitars per year, completely by hand, and quality is paramount in everything.


The name D37F stands for a dreadnought shape, Amazon rosewood for the back and sides, and a completely solid body. The playability is as with all BSG guitars: simply perfect. The combination of Amazon rosewood with the beautiful European bearclaw spruce provides a refined clear sound, but exceptionally powerful. Great to use for fingerstyle due to the perfect balance, but a Bluegrass picker and a strummer will also find their way effortlessly on this impressive dreadnought.


With only some light playwear on the body and headstock, this BSG from 2019 still looks very clean. Thanks to the maple binding, abalone purfling and rosette, it also has a stunning appearance. The original machine heads have been replaced by beautiful gold-coloured Gotoh machine heads.


The guitar comes with TFOA passport in a Hiscox hardshell case.

BSG-Gitarren werden von Jan Šťovíček in der Tschechischen Republik gebaut. Jan und sein kleines Team fertigen nur maximal 200 Gitarren pro Jahr, komplett von Hand, und Qualität steht bei allem an erster Stelle.


Der Name D37F steht für eine Dreadnought-Form, Amazon-Palisander für Boden und Zargen sowie einen komplett massiven Korpus. Die Bespielbarkeit ist wie bei allen BSG-Gitarren: einfach perfekt. Die Kombination von Amazonas-Palisander mit der schönen europäischen Bearclaw-Fichte sorgt für einen raffinierten, klaren Klang, aber außergewöhnlich kraftvoll. Aufgrund der perfekten Balance eignet es sich hervorragend für Fingerstyle, aber auch ein Bluegrass-Picker und ein Strummer finden sich mühelos auf dieser beeindruckenden Dreadnought zurecht.


Mit nur leichten Spielspuren am Korpus und an der Kopfplatte sieht diese BSG aus dem Jahr 2019 immer noch sehr sauber aus. Dank der Einfassung aus Ahorn, der Abalone-Einlage und der Rosette hat es auch eine umwerfende Optik. Die Original-Mechaniken wurden durch wunderschöne goldfarbene Gotoh-Mechaniken ersetzt.


Die Gitarre wird mit TFOA-Pass in einem Hiscox-Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
